To bid for a bear bidders must raise their hand (with bidding card - available from bar) when the auctioneer calls for bids and a bid is only considered valid when confirmed by a bidding marshal.
Each bear will be auctioned without a reserve, or cooling off period and when the hammer is down each bear will be considered sold to its new owner, the highest bidder**. Ownership will be considered transferred upon settlement of the purchase price - “sold”. Available payment methods for purchase / settlement are Visa, Mastercard, eftpos or cash (Credit Card payments carry a 3% surcharge which will not be considered part of Auction proceeds) . A minimum of 30% deposit is required with settlement on or before Monday the 15th June 2009. If possible settlement on the night would be appreciated
Each successfully auctioned Bear will be accompanied by a 12 month free repair guarantee (on workmanship only) and a $140 Titanmen gift pack. Sold bears will be available for collection on Monday 15th June 2009 .
Sircuit will at all times have free and full access to use auctioned (sold or otherwise) bear images, names and profiles in all forms of media prior and after auction. Further Sircuit may extend approval for use of images, names and profiles to other parties.
